¶¡ÏãÎåÔÂæÃæÃÖÐÎÄ’s first major construction project to create a new signature gateway to the Kent Campus will begin in the summer of 2020. At its Dec. 4 meeting, the ¶¡ÏãÎåÔÂæÃæÃÖÐÎÄ Board of Trustees approved the construction of the university’s first parking deck.
¶¡ÏãÎåÔÂæÃæÃÖÐÎÄ Board Formalizes New 10-Year Agreement With Tuscarawas Campus
¶¡ÏãÎåÔÂæÃæÃÖÐÎÄ’s long-standing relationship with the Tuscarawas County University Branch District to administer the Tuscarawas Campus of ¶¡ÏãÎåÔÂæÃæÃÖÐÎÄ will continue through June 30, 2030, in a new 10-year agreement approved by the ¶¡ÏãÎåÔÂæÃæÃÖÐÎÄ Board of Trustees.
¶¡ÏãÎåÔÂæÃæÃÖÐÎÄ Board of Trustees Approves New Collective Bargaining Agreement Covering Tenured and Tenure-Track Faculty
The ¶¡ÏãÎåÔÂæÃæÃÖÐÎÄ Board of Trustees on Wednesday unanimously approved a new collective bargaining agreement with the ¶¡ÏãÎåÔÂæÃæÃÖÐÎÄ Chapter of the American Association of University Professors (AAUP-KSU), which represents tenured and tenure-track faculty.
Governor Names Ann Womer Benjamin to ¶¡ÏãÎåÔÂæÃæÃÖÐÎÄ Board of Trustees
Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine has appointed Ann Womer Benjamin, J.D., of Aurora, Ohio, to the ¶¡ÏãÎåÔÂæÃæÃÖÐÎÄ Board of Trustees. Her appointment began June 21, 2019, and ends May 16, 2028.
