Distinguished Teaching Award Recipients Announced
This year's 2020 Distinguished Teaching Award (DTA) recipients are an outstanding group of teachers who are truly dedicated to their students' success. Sponsored by the ¶¡ÏãÎåÔÂæÃæÃÖÐÎÄ Alumni Association, the DTA is the university’s most prestigious honor in teaching. The award is presented annually to three full-time faculty members who demonstrate extraordinary teaching, whether it be in the classroom or online.

E. Timothy Moore’s Life, Legacy to Be Honored With Scholarship
A scholarship has been established to honor the life and legacy of E. Timothy (Tim) Moore, Associate Dean Emeritus in ¶¡ÏãÎåÔÂæÃæÃÖÐÎÄ’s College of Arts and Sciences and Associate Professor Emeritus in the Department of Pan-African Studies.
Ed and Peg Hall - All Roads Lead to a Giving Legacy
Inspired by late faculty colleagues Jim Rinier (geology) and Art Herrick (biology) who designated ¶¡ÏãÎåÔÂæÃæÃÖÐÎÄ in their estate plans, Ed and his wife, Peg, have funded a gift annuity, which at maturity will benefit the Map Library in the ¶¡ÏãÎåÔÂæÃæÃÖÐÎÄ Libraries.
