The ¶¡ÏãÎåÔÂæÃæÃÖÐÎÄ Stark Student Financial Aid Office strives to make a degree from ¶¡ÏãÎåÔÂæÃæÃÖÐÎÄ an affordable option for students and families, regardless of family income. Our staff is committed to providing a high level of service and will explore all possible financial aid options with students.

FINANCIAL AID OFFICE HOURS

Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Closing at 2:45 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 19.
Closed on all university holiday closure dates.
Note that we are not able to service students 30 minutes before closing.

• December 24 - January 2: ¶¡ÏãÎåÔÂæÃæÃÖÐÎÄ is closed.
• For financial aid and billing inquiries, the Financial, Billing and Enrollment Center phone lines are open weekdays, December 26-31 and January 2, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Call 330-672-6000 for assistance during this time. Forms submitted during the closure will be processed starting Jan. 5.
• Friday, January 2: Stark Campus students can request assistance with Financial Aid questions by emailing the Stark Financial Aid team at starkfinancialaid@kent.edu between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
• Normal business hours at the Stark Campus/Student Services resume on January 5, 2026, at 8 a.m.

FINANCIAL AID RESOURCES

•  - Students and families can schedule an in-person or remote appointment for financial aid or billing assistance, FAFSA filing and veterans benefits assistance.
• Attend a Drop-In Session - Meet with us without an appointment for financial aid or billing assistance (when dates are available).
• Veterans Benefits - Email starkveterans@kent.edu for all veterans benefits questions.
• Submit Documents - Submit documents at the Financial, Billing & Enrollment Center site.
• Loan Forgiveness - Resources to assist you in applying for debt relief with the U.S. Department of Education.
• Emergency Resources - Find helpful resources for food and other community support.
• Need help? Email the Stark Campus Student Financial Aid Office with questions at starkfinancialaid@kent.edu.

PAYING TUITION

• All payments must be done online. The Stark Campus does not take in-person payments.
• are completed through . If you use your checking/savings account information, you won't be charged a service fee.
• MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club and Discover are the only credit cards accepted. A convenience fee of 2.9% will be charged to all credit card payments.
• There is an authorized user and pinless user option for parents who are making payments.
• Mail personal checks, scholarship checks and/or 529 Plan payments to:
