Penn, who is a graduate of Maplewood High School and a business management major at ¶¡ÏãÎåÔÂæÃæÃÖÐÎÄ Trumbull, now advances to compete for the title of Miss Collegiate America, from June 26-July 1, in Little Rock, Arkansas.
