We’ve set up a form to support you in planning and executing a fantastic event. This form is designed to gather all the necessary details while ensuring we address your event's specific needs.
When you're ready to submit the form you will need to supply information in these categories:

What does this support look like?
Support is available to all College of the Arts units looking to create and promote a recruitment or outreach event. Examples of this support can include:
- Online event registration form - Slate registration is provided through the Admissions and Enrollment Management office.
- Website updates - inclusion on Admissions list of events and College of the Arts and/or School web pages
- Emails (campaigns/ad-hoc/reminders)
- Designs, flyers, forms, signage, graphics, PowerPoints/slideshows
- Social media promotion
- Release forms for your event
- Reserve IT support for technology needs
- Cashnet for accepting payments
- Facility tours
Workflow
- Fill out the event management form, linked below. Please include all necessary details and the budget worksheet (found below). Completed forms will be sent to the school director for approval.
- Once the event has been approved by the school director, the event submission will be forwarded to the College of the Arts Recruitment team.
- Someone from the College of the Arts Recruitment team will contact you to confirm details. If this is a new event, the College of the Arts business team will set up a budget detail meeting.
- The Recruitment and Retention team will coordinate with University Admissions and the College of the Arts Marketing and Communications team on deliverables.
Please fill out the form at least 10 weeks prior to the event to ensure adequate time to liaise with Admissions, Marketing and Communications, Business Operations and all other necessary parties to create a successful event!
